IT lead

One person knows your setup.

Not every company can employ an IT team. Every company needs someone who knows its setup, and who answers the phone.

« Every time something breaks, we explain it all over again to someone new. »

What it costs without one

What is known about your setup is written down nowhere.

It lives in two people’s heads

Usually the owner and the one who is good with computers. The day one of them is away, nobody knows where the fibre contract is.

Every technician starts from scratch

They bill the time it takes to understand, and that time is paid again at every incident because nothing was written down.

Nobody says no to suppliers

An option is added, a subscription renews, a quote goes through. With no one reading them, everything is accepted by default.

Who turns up

The same person ends up knowing your habits.

You get a named contact, reachable, who learns your setup and remembers it.

They deal with suppliers on your behalf: carrier, vendor, reseller. You no longer have to translate a technical problem for someone who is selling you something else.

How it starts

The first few weeks.

  1. Week 1

    The inventory

We list your machines, accounts, subscriptions, contracts and warranties, with what each one costs and what depends on it. This is the document that was missing.

  2. Week 2

    The weak points

We find what falls over if a machine stops, which accounts have a single holder and which backups have never been restored.

  3. Week 3

    The order of things

We sort what gets fixed now, what can wait and what is not worth the effort. Each item carries its cost, and you decide.

  4. After that

    The running thread

We hold a regular catch-up, and you call when something blocks. The inventory stays current, otherwise it is useless six months later.

What you are spared

What you will no longer do yourself.

  • Explain your setup again at every callout.
  • Judge a technical quote alone, with nobody to check it.
  • Hunt for which contract covers which machine.
  • Find out a backup stopped working months ago.

What we do not do.

  • We agree together on the hours you can count on us, without round-the-clock cover.
  • We do not replace an in-house IT team in a company that needs one. We say so when that is the case.

Let us walk through your setup.

One conversation is enough to know whether an outsourced IT lead fits you, or whether you need something else.
