Our services

Your IT, including the part we do not publish.

We publish software, and we look after the whole setup of the companies we work with, in five ways.

The method

We look before we change.

  1. 01

    Look

The tools in place, what they cost, who uses them and who does not.

  2. 02

    Decide

An imperfect tool everyone knows often beats a new one nobody will open. We also say what is not worth changing.

  3. 03

    Do

We take on what was decided, with a way back when the switch calls for one.

The services

We step in for five situations.

  1. You are changing software.

    Migration

The risk hides in free-text fields used as official ones, and in the history everyone assumed was exportable. We take stock before we export.

    See migration
  2. Nobody knows your setup.

    IT lead

One contact keeps track of what you have, what it costs and what depends on what. They know the history, which is what goes missing when a different technician turns up for every incident.

    See the IT lead
  3. You do not know what your IT costs.

    Optimisation

We list every line with its real yearly cost, its active users and what it would replace if you dropped it. That list alone is often enough to decide.

    See optimisation
  4. You want AI on something real.

    AI at work

We start with tasks that repeat, take time and produce a result you can check. A task nobody can call right or wrong gets clarified before it gets automated.

    See AI at work
  5. Your teams are stuck.

    Support

We look after workstations, accounts, devices and business tools, including the ones we do not publish. A request arrives in writing and stays on record.

Our limits

We say so when it is not for us.

  • We do not replace an in-house IT team in a company that needs one.
  • We do not plug a model into data the company does not control.
  • We do not promise a gain we would not be able to measure six months later.

Let us talk about your setup.
