E-invoicing

Your deadline

## Your size sets your date.

Receiving falls on the same day for everyone. Issuing waits one more year under 250 employees.

### Small and medium-sized business

Fewer than 250 employees, and less than 50 million euros in turnover.

1. Receive 1 September 2026 Your suppliers send their invoices electronically. You need an address to receive them at, and software that reads them.
2. Issue 1 September 2027 Your own invoices go out in electronic format, through an accredited platform. You have one more year for that part.

### Mid-cap and large company

250 employees or more, or over 50 million euros in turnover.

1. Receive 1 September 2026 Your suppliers send their invoices electronically, and no other route stays open to them.
2. Issue 1 September 2026 Your invoices go out in electronic format from the first deadline. Both obligations therefore fall on the same day.

What changes

## The reform changes three things.

### A PDF by email is no longer enough.

An electronic invoice carries its data in a format the recipient's software can read and post to the accounts. An attachment has to be keyed in by hand.

### Invoices travel through an accredited platform.

Every company connects to a platform. It transmits the invoices and reports the expected data to the tax administration.

### You know where each invoice stands.

Submitted, approved, paid, rejected: every step comes back to whoever issued the invoice. Chasing payment no longer means guessing whether the customer received it.

With StrucTime Gestion

## The software handles it.

StrucTime Gestion is connected to an accredited platform. You write your quotes and your invoices as you do today; the software handles the format, the sending, the receiving and the evidential archiving.

It has been running in production since August 2026 at subscribed companies, for receiving as well as issuing.

What backs it

Questions

## What comes up most often.

No. An electronic invoice carries its data in a structured format and travels through an accredited platform. A PDF attachment meets neither condition, even a signed one.

Yes, to receive as well as to issue. If your management software includes one, you have no process to go through and no second subscription to pay.

Yes. The obligation to receive applies to every company established in France on 1 September 2026, with no headcount or turnover threshold. The obligation to issue follows on 1 September 2027.

They do not travel through this circuit. Their data goes to the tax administration at a pace that depends on your VAT regime, and the software takes care of that too.

Your suppliers have no address to deliver their invoices to, so you stop receiving them. Not connecting exposes you to a 500 euro penalty, then 1,000 euros per quarter after formal notice, and each invoice not issued electronically costs 50 euros once your issuing date applies.

You need software that issues and receives in the right format, connected to an accredited platform. If yours does not, you will have to add a tool to it, or replace it.

## A look at your setup.

We go through what your tools already do, and what is missing before the deadline. You do not have to change software to find out.
